People making fun of Islam?

ok, so we are learning about Islam and Muslims in my class, in AMERICA, I am a muslim, and i mean during class it was fine. But we were printing out pictures for a project and some kids were printing out pictures of a woman with Niqab and a woman with Hijab, and they were laughing and saying they looked like James Bond's wife and they said shes a terrorist and it got on my last nerve. They didnt make fun of me to my face, but they were doing it and they KNEW i heard them. it really bugs me, cause they dont know a think about it. and One boy found a picture of a Quran and said it was the book of the dead. ASSES!! i just want to know, how do i respond? how can i stand up for myself and my beliefs? what do i say? its soo hard for me, idk why.
