how come the movie never say never again is not included in the new james bond box sets?

I bought all the box sets (ultimate edition) I was wondering if anybody knew if the film never say never again was not included? Does it not count as one of the official bond films?

I would imagine that it is because it is not a Broccoli brothers production. They wrapped up the rights to all the Ian Fleming books, except for Casino Royale. From Wikipedia.....The film is considered an "unofficial" James Bond film because it is not part of the Bond film franchise from EON Productions and United Artists, even though it is currently owned by MGM. MGM acquired the distribution rights in 1997 after their acquisition of Orion Pictures. The film also marks the culmination of a long legal battle between United Artists and Kevin McClory.

The story concerns Bond being sent to Jamaica to investigate the murders of a British agent and his secretary. During his investigation, he comes into contact with the evil and unscrupulous Chinese scientist Dr. No (Joseph Wiseman) who, living on an island called Crab Key, is hard at work in a nuclear laboratory. Dr. No's scheme is to divert rockets being fired from Cape Canaveral off their charted course and to blackmail the United States to get their rocket launches restored to normal.
