A really cheezy watch with a bunch of numbers,buttons and lights.
A ball point pen.
The watch can be a pretend two way radio with a laser beam and oxygen supply.
The ball point pen can shoot invisible darts that make people sleepy. The ball point pen can also be a telescope and range finder with a radio transmitter in it.
A wallet that is actually a map of the area that has the marks on it of the bad guys places.
A belt that when placed in water becomes a sword. That will be tough to actually make, just put a Q label on it, do NOT submerse in liquid.
Exploding loafers, but they don't really explode, that would be dangerous.
The car keys to the Aston Martin with a clicky that makes the car invisible and fly away.

As Bond hops from England to Cuba to Korea to Iceland in pursuit of his quarry, he (as usual) makes the acquaintance of two beautiful and mysterious women, Jinx (Halle Berry) and Miranda Frost (Rosamund Pike). Judi Dench and John Cleese return in Die Another Day as, respectively, Bond's superior M and gadget-master Q; Madonna contributes the film's theme song and makes a cameo appearance as a fencing instructor. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide Brosnan is in fine form as the iconic hero, while Berry shines as the immediately likeable Jinx. Stephens and Yune make excellent bad guys, and the rest of the cast--including Judi Dench, John Cleese, Rosamund Pike, and Michael Madsen--provide key supporting roles. With its hi-tech gadgets and special-effects-laden set pieces, DIE ANOTHER DAY clearly has its eye on the future, but in numerous scenes it also lovingly embraces the past, placing the film in the upper tier of Bond movies.
